Vacation Rental Managers. This is evidenced by:

Your attendance at professional Vacation Rental Managers seminars

Your reputation when we inquired about your firm from such sources as:

VRMA, the Vacation Rental Managers Association
ii. The Chamber of Commerce in your area
iii. The local Better Business Bureau
iv. Vendor recommendations
v. Personal contact with members of your business with current
members in good standing with our Alliance.

As a member, your company will share in our large co-op advertising programs
that will drive more guests to your telephones and websites. This will be

AVRM and it will be an easily traceable referral source.

only available to those guests who visit our website or see other AVRM
advertising. Thus you will be easily able to track our effectiveness.
i.
This 800 # has a log that can be accessed by any of your staff
(who have the password) anytime 7/24/365, to find guests who’s
information may not have been correctly captured when they
contacted you.
ii.
This log will also verify the amount of referrals that AVRM has
generated during any time period.
iii.
A copy of this log will also be emailed to you each month along
with the Alliances’ current Quick Tips.
3.
Access to monthly Quick Tips are generated by Judith Buck, who has been
acknowledged in a recent VRMA meeting.as one of three leading innovators in
the Vacation Rental industry.
4.
Your company will be advertised by both traditional and leading edge methods
that will concentrate on attracting the off-season traveler and the corporate
traveler who traditionally have been harder to find.
